East Anglia timber and builders merchant Ridgeons Ltd has appointed Angela Rushforth as group managing director following the retirement of Terry Parker.
Ms Rushforth has a wealth of industry experience, working with a range of businesses including Wolseley UK and Screwfix Direct. As marketing director at Screwfix Direct from 1997-2005, she helped grow the turnover from £10m to £250m and to make it into a household name.
In 2005 she became marketing director for Wolseley UK.
