Property repair times could be reduced by more than 10% with the launch of Multiaccess by Multiassistance, the European property repair network.
Insurers can view all the information connected with a claim online – from claim notification through to invoicing. This reduces administration time and speeds up the authorisation process, so reducing the time taken to complete repairs.
