The four-day show concluded in Nuremberg last Saturday with 108,000 trade visitors having passed through the turnstiles. The two shows also attracted 1,320 exhibitors from 39 countries.
The Holz-Handwerk woodworking machinery and wood crafts show featured 524 exhibitors from 18 countries.
The organisers said business was brisk among the visiting carpenters and joiners from all over Europe. Fensterbau/frontale, the trade fair for windows, doors and facades, included a special show on research and architecture.
