Rayonier‘s US forests have been recertified to meet the standards of the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI).
The company’s timberlands in the US north-west and south-east, plus its wood procurement operation, went though a third-party audit by Bureau Veritas Quality International.
The audit was a periodic review of the nearly two million acres of forests, which originally achieved SFI certification in 2002.
