Moreover, the 20,000ft2 factory in Aghadowey, Coleraine has been developed in order to allow Rafferty to expand its product range, according to Basil Rafferty.
“Gang-Nail Systems and Rafferty Roof Trusses have a long-standing commercial relationship,” said Mr Rafferty.
“So when we wanted to expand our product offering to include an engineered floor joist it was a natural choice for us to adopt Ecojoist.”
Mr Rafferty added that the company was able to integrate the design software used in the production of Ecojoist with its current package, negating the need to bring in additional technology.
