The subscription period for Rörvik’s SKr250m rights issue has got underway.
The rights issue was given the go-ahead at Rörvik’s extraordinary general meeting on March 16 and is an important part of dthe sawmiller’ reorganisation plan to help pay off debts.
The subscription period will end on April 16, after which the new issue will be registered.
Rörvik, which has 10 production sites in southern Sweden, has had a number of extensions granted to its bankruptcy protection through the courts.
