Engineered oak flooring has been chosen for a development of luxury flats in Glasgow, where every home has been snapped up prior to completion.
Sub-contractor Click Flooring chose Bergflor flooring from Floorboards Ltd for the Merchant Exchange development, which has been marketed at young professionsals who want “style and flexibility”.
About 60m2 of Bergflor flooring was installed in each of the apartments which cost between £250,000-£400,000.
Martin McWilliams, partner of Click Flooring, said: “Most housebuyers appreciate the value of good flooring and it has a very strong visual impact. When you view a new-build you expect to see a perfect finish with premium products used throughout.”
