Puhoswood Ltd’s sole supply partnership agreement with Finnforest for iLevel engineered wood products will cease on June 1 by mutual consent.
Finnforest bought iLevel’s European business at the beginning of 2008, inheriting an agreement with Puhoswood as iLevel’s sole UK supply partner, channeling iLevel products to distributors and customers.
“Naturally, it has been necessary for us to review the benefits of this agreement in light of new ownership of the business and its integration into Finnforest,” said Andy Moore, Puhoswood managing director.
“Today’s demanding market now requires our full focus on the core business of maximising the potential of the Puhoswood brand and developing its product range to meet the priorities of our customers.”
