Unusual furniture made from tree roots is being offered for sale by Devon-based Pugh’s Antiques.
The company, appointed sole UK agent for the range, says the furniture, which includes tables, benches and armchairs, is made from unwanted hardened dead root systems by craftsmen near Shanghai. The range will be showcased on Pugh’s stand at the Furniture Show, Birmingham NEC, on January 19-23.
