Alan Quick has joined software company Progressive Solutions as senior support analyst.
His role is to ensure timber companies that use Progressive’s bisTrack get the maximum benefit from the software and to oversee the provision of appropriate business solutions as cost-effectively as possible.
Mr Quick has worked in software development, training and implementation for the past 24 years, including 10 years in the timber merchant industry.
Of six new appointments the company has made this year, four have been in the services and support team which combines a mix of software, technical and financial skills, plus in-depth knowledge of how the timber industry operates.
