Progressive Solutions has appointed Ian Knox as financial management consultant. He will provide support to financial directors to use management software to identify potential credit hazards, streamline credit control and spot reliable financial trends. He will also provide a link between Progressive’s sales and implementation departments and the financial staff and board members of new and existing customers.
Mr Knox has 15 years’ experience in business and finance and a typical scenario he expects to discuss with users and prospects on a day-to-day basis is credit control of the sales ledger. He will also advise customers how bisTrack’s Data Rules Manager can be maintained to escalate credit control procedures.
