An opportunity has arisen for two experienced and motivated production personnel to oversee all areas of the production operation.
The successful applicants will ideally have proven track records of managing a busy production environment within the timber trade or associated industries. In particular, candidates should be able to demonstrate having successfully managed, supervised and influenced personnel to achieve high standards of production quality and efficiency inside a machined or engineered timber environment. The Production Manager in particular will carry direct responsibility for the performance of production personnel within established systems and procedures, and will be expected to bring a proactive approach that actively encourages a culture of continuous improvements to quality and efficiency.
