Pro-Populas, the European Poplar Association, has appointed Nicoletta Azzi, of Panguaneta, as its new president. She replaces Bernard Mourlan who had held this role since the creation of Pro-Populas three years ago.
The organisation’s vice-presidents are Pedro Garnica, Bernard Mourlan and Fabio Boccalari.
François Sougnez was appointed secretary-general earlier this year.
