The open-web product was spotted on the Grand Designs television programme by Henk Pomp in the Netherlands. He tipped off his son about their potential use in his stable project in Fife.
The project was quite challenging for Pasquill Roof Trusses due to the complicated shape of the 190m2 roof, which required many different lengths of Posi-Joist, ranging from 2-6m.
Mr Pomp and his son installed the joists themselves.
