Three turrets have been made by Sandy-based Pinewood, which is delivering all 228 apartments and 44 houses for the project at Victoria Green on the former Barbot estate in Edmonton.
The development, part of the Edmonton Partnership Initiative, is being constructed in three phases over an eight-year period by John Laing.
The project, which involves housing association Green Horizons, also includes training and employment initiatives.
