Derbyshire-based timber construction specialist Pinelog Ltd has updated its corporate identity to “provide a contemporary image more in keeping with its products”.

The new logo, which features a pine cone and the strap line “building for leisure naturally”, is being rolled out across Pinelog’s buildings, vehicles and website, and combines “the best of the old with a simplicity and modern styling that brings it bang up to date” according to sales and marketing director Ian Grant.

“We felt that the time was right to move away from the existing traditional look and feel of our image,” said Mr Grant.

“The natural styling of the cone and choice of colours in the logo for example are a reflection of our commitment to the use of sustainable environmentally-friendly materials.”

Pinelog provides architecturally designed timber buildings for a range of applications, including swimming pools, log chalets, hotels, visitor centres and community buildings.
