The competition, sponsored by Timbmet, challenges students to explore the creative and structural possibilities of wood and is run in conjunction with Oxford Brookes School of Architecture.
Timbmet chairman Simon Fineman presented the winning prize to Chris Waters at the show.
The winning design is based on sun paths and views from within the pavilion looking out.
