RoofSpace Solutions teamed up with Pasquill to provide the smartroof timber roof panel system for a Barratt Homes development in Cambridge.
Barratt approached RoofSpace to provide a panelised roof system for use throughout the Oakhill Park development, comprising apartments and homes. RoofSpace linked up with Pasquill, having worked with the company on previous Barratt developments.
Pasquill supplied the roof panels, spandrel panels, glulam, ancillary timbers and accessories which are used to construct the room-in-the-roof.
“When we were awarded the contact with Barratt Homes, we jumped at the chance to work with Pasquill again,” said RoofSpace Solutions director Kevin Sherlock.
“As well as providing builders with cost certainty, the Pasquill manufactured system has achieved A+ rating in the BRE Green Guide to specification and can therefore help to achieve the upper levels of the Code for Sustainable Homes.”
