A forward order book containing 41 contracts for more than 500 new homes has been revealed by social housing provider Partnerships First.
The business is spread across the company’s three operating regions – the south-east, the south-west and Wales and the Midlands.
The company, which owns the Torwood timber frame factories, is part of Belan Ltd, created after a management buyout from housebuilder Beazer.
Company chief executive John Cadwallader says the company planned to expand timber frame operations.
