OT Africa Line says it has improved its operations throughout north-west Russia and the Baltic ports with the appointment of a new sub-agent, St Petersburg-based Dealex Ltd.
The move means shippers in the region will have easier access to OTAL‘s container and break-bulk services to and from St Petersburg and West and Central Africa.
