The fourth biennial OSB World Symposium & Exhibition, taking place in San Antonio, Texas, this week, is addressing the latest trends in the global OSB market and looking at the future.
On the agenda are marketing, manufacturing, technological and regulatory advances, and will include presentations on the current global economic climate, the North American housing market, use of nanotechnology in production, changes to worldwide building regulations and overall market trends.
Organised by the Structural Board Association (SBA), the symposium is sponsored by chemical company BASF, resin manufacturer Huntsman and North American wood certification agency TECO.
SBA will hold its AGM tomorrow, as well as an open meeting of its board of directors.
