Oregon Timber Frame has appointed Richard Jarvis as business development manager for England.
Mr Jarvis has 21 years’ experience of timber and construction, most recently working as head of engineered timber for Simpson Strong-Tie.
Managing Director David Maxwell said the company was delighted to welcome such “an experienced industry practitioner”.
“Despite a difficult market place, we are confident that this is time to spread the Oregon message of safe, sustainable timber frame solutions more widely to housebuilders in England,” he said.
Oregon is based in Selkirk in the Scottish Borders.
