Key to this is the appointment of an Operations Manager who will spearhead the organisational development and productivity of its manufacturing and engineering facility based in the North of England servicing the UK.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Operations Manager will be a key enabling member of the senior management team and will be tasked to transform the productivity, efficiency and profitability of the Company’s manufacturing operation. Candidates will have a background in a timber, joinery or construction environment.

A smart-thinker, quick on the up-take, shrewd and a good communicator, you will be a skillful, energetic and capable team-player and leader. With the ability to form strategy and also roll-up your sleeves and delve into specific operational detail, this is an exciting opportunity for someone to make a name for him or herself.
