Caroline Wood has moved into the mill sales team at SCA Timber Supply, in a change from her customer support role. Ms Wood has benefited from SCA’s IWSc training programme for staff and customers, and will be joining colleagues Amanda Adams and Greg Pickett working on SCA’s major timber supply contracts.
Sarah Carter has joined SCA to take up the position of customer support manager at the company’s headquarters in Stoke-on-Trent, looking after SCA’s retail and builders merchant customers. She actively chose to join the timber sector from a senior customer service role at Twyford Bathrooms, having been attracted by the industry’s environmental reputation.
