New Zealand’s architects, engineers and students are being invited to enter their best timber designs to the 2003 Origin Timber Design Awards.

The competition aims to promote use of New Zealand timber and innovative timber design. Entries should demonstrate exceptional use of engineered or solid wood, glulam and/or timber grown in the country. Two awards each carry NZ$5,000 cash prizes.

It is organised by Origin Wood Solutions and the NZ Timber Design Society, in conjunction with the NZ Pine Manufacturers Association.
