Norbord‘s Sterling OSB 3 has been used extensively in the construction of a new timber frame research centre near Chepstow.

Sterling panels feature in roof cladding and interior work at the 100m2 Upper Bushes Research and Education Centre, which students helped to build using traditional timber frame construction.

The centre at Earlswood has been created by former university lecturer Rod Hall to specialise in courses on advanced technical and educational aspects of wood.

Mr Hall is running a course at the centre but wants to see the building used more extensively.
