James Latham’s new depot in Dudley will allow the company to expand its West Midlands distribution and improve customer service, according to branch manager Richard Mundye.
The new facility at Yorks Park offers 35,194ft² of space and is just half a mile from the old site at Blackbrook Valley Business Park. It opened on September 1 and made an immediate impression on staff, he said.
“The estate suits our needs as a West Midlands distribution hub and will assist us greatly with our future expansion plans,” said Mr Mundye.
“The warehouse and yard facilities are superb and have helped us to improve order selection times and speed up the process for collecting customers.”
