Bournemouth-based Sydenhams Ltd is one of three new timber and builders merchants to sign up to the e-Xact online building products information database.
The 13-branch independent said it had grown significantly in recent years and opted for e-Xact to enable its staff to obtain production information quickly. It also sees opportunities for automatic updating of product files to reduce administration.
Norman Ltd, of Jersey, and London-based Codebuild have also just signed up to e-Xact.
