Clare Cunningham has joined as national telemarketing officer, taking on responsibilities including cleansing the customer database, promotion of new products and services, web enquiries and events organisation.
She has worked for Arnold Laver for more than seven years in the sales office and is looking forward to her new role, especially developing the database and bringing in telemarketing training into other branches around the UK.
Michael Craddock is the firm’s new marketing officer. He will initially be involved in marketing Arnold Laver’s Chesterfield branch, introducing a new engineered hardwood product range and helping to manage the development of Arnold Laver’s website.
