Michael Wolfgang Holtmann is the new managing director of Weinig subsidiary Grecon Dimter Holzoptimierung GmbH & Co KG in Illertissen, Germany.
Mr Holtmann succeeds Walter Fahrenschon who last year took up the position of chairman of the board at parent company Weinig AG in Tauberbischofsheim. Mr Holtmann has a wealth of knowledge in the field of special machinery and system engineering as well as in automation technology, which he has built up in managing roles at various prestigious hi-tech companies.
