Darren Dolman is the new business development director and brings to the team a wealth of experience and passion for the timber engineering industry.

Leah Llewellyn is the new operations manager and will oversee all operational aspects of the business. Primarily focusing on health and safety, human resources, marketing and improving business efficiency, her role is key to sustained and successful growth.

Richard Pashley has overseen strong growth in ETS’ metal web joist sales in the last few years. He is now Posi department manager and will continue to maximise the opportunities available in this developing market.

Rob Matthews has been with the company since its inception and is now production manager. He will continue to be responsible for ETS’s manufacturing and delivery scheduling, stock purchasing and maintaining the five-day delivery promise.

Brendon Hayward has been with the design team since 2008. He now takes on the roof design manager position and will ensure that his high standards are achieved across the entire design team.

Although relatively new to the team, Cat Saxon has made exceptional progress in her first few months and takes on the role of resource manager. She will be responsible for ensuring customer expectations are met, or exceeded, and will be responsible for co-ordination between the manufacturing and design teams, project allocation, site survey management and enquiry management.
