The Builders Merchant Federation has expanded its training department with the appointment of two regional assessors.
Samantha Beales, who has been qualified as an assessor for six years, has joined the BMF team as the regional assessor for the south-west England and South Wales region. In previous positions she has been responsible for providing training to some of the UK’s largest retailers and vehicle dealerships.
Gary Morris will support and assess apprentices enrolled on the BMF apprenticeship schemes within the Midlands Birmingham M6 corridor, which includes Kidderminster, Leamington-spa, Chesterfield and Stoke on Trent.
Prior to joining the BMF he served 22 years in the Royal Air Force, completing his last 10 years in a training and development position, before running his own training consultancy business.
