Leicestershire Business of the Year, Westleigh Developments Ltd, has appointed Libby Knill as office assistant.
Ms Knill, who has just competed her GCSE studies, will be responsible for reception work and general administration.
Westleigh Developments, which also claimed the Success through People prize at the Leicestershire business Awards in April, builds residential and commercial projects in Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Northamptonshire. Its Westframe division manufactures its own timber frames for the construction industry from its 8,000ft² factory in Enderby.
