The North East Timber Trade Association (NETTA) says wood for good’s training programmes are “the most professional developments in the timber trade in recent years”.

Tony Traynor, who has responsibility for e-learning development at wood for good, gave a presentation at a recent meeting of the NETTA executive, with key topics including the organisation’s online training programmes such as its online learning portal.

“The campaign’s work continues to position wood as the most sustainable building material and is involved in work to promote timber frame construction,” said NETTA president Pat Burke.

“The training offered by wood for good, which is free to Timber Trade Federation members, is dynamic, revolutionary and one of the most professional developments in the timber trade in recent years.”
