Natural Building Technologies (NBT) has appointed Tony Pensom to the position of managing director, with former MD, Neil May, becoming chief executive officer.
Mr Pensom, who was formerly NBT’s sales and marketing director, will now be responsible for implementation of all day-to-day activities of the company, with a remit to build on NBT’s growth record 72% sales growth of the past two years.
Mr May will focus on the strategic direction of the business and oversee NBT’s product development programme. He will increase his involvement on external committees and sustainability bodies, including the Good Homes Alliance (of which he is the current chair), the technical advisory group for the Code for Sustainable Homes, and the Zero Carbon Hub.
