Montague L Meyer Group Ltd, the holding company of Meyer Timber Ltd and Panelco Ltd, has been renamed Meyer Timber Group Ltd (MTG).
The four executive directors of MTG are: Chris Rudd, group managing director; Phil Ellis, group operations director; Richard Lazenby, group trading director; and Darren Barnett, group finance director.
The four directors will also constitute the boards of both Meyer Timber Ltd and Panelco Ltd.
“These changes will simplify the Group’s structure and reporting lines, and are also a huge vote of confidence in the company’s staff, reflecting the significant progress that has been made in developing the business during the last 12 months,” said Chris Rudd.
