Miller Homes has signed an exclusive deal with Trus Joist for the supply of TJI joists on all its new sites nationwide.
The builder, one of the UK’s 10 biggest developers, had previously specified a number of different I-joist products. It selected Trus Joist for its technical support package and ongoing commitment to improving efficiency of the supply chain.
Trus Joist’s technical support includes a Group Design Solutions department which develops specifications and co-ordinates floor designs for national housebuilders.
The department, supported by a network of regional stockists or Master Dealers, will now process floor designs for Miller’s national core range of house types.
