The 131 new homes built by Osborne for Golding Homes included two and three-storey terraced housing and a three and four-storey block of flats.

Innovaré supplied more than 10,000m2 of 162mm i-SIPs for external walls, 17,500m2 of internal open panel timber frame partitions, 8,000m2 of intermediate floor cassettes and more than 5,000m2 of trussed roof joists.

Managing director Pete Blunt said: "It is our largest i-SIP project to date and it shows that this method of construction is suitable for medium as well as small-scale developments. The onsite construction of the new homes using our i-SIPs took just 16 weeks to complete."

Paul Ensch, head of Osborne’s homes team, said: "This was a complex development across two sites that needed a co-ordinated approach to minimise disruption. By working with Innovaré and using i-SIPS we were able to significantly cut build times."
