Saffron Walden-based Mighton supplied hardware for more than 300 sashes at retirement home builder McCarthy and Stone’s Imperial Court site.
Mighton said the contract reflected a growing trend of sash windows being specified for new developments.
“Sash windows are often seen as a niche market, but they are becoming more popular in a wide range of developments,” said managing director Mike Derham.
