Forest co-operative Metsäliitto‘s FMk150m acquisition of wood materials group Thomesto has been approved by the Finnish competition authorities.
Thomesto, which employs 800 people, trades and imports wood raw materials in Finland and abroad, specialising in the Russian and Baltic timber business.
