Masonite International Corporation is buying 50% of Québec door component maker Sacopan Incorporated.
Door and building products giant Masonite is spending US$9m on shares in the Sacre Coeur-based company, which makes wood composite moulded door facings. Masonite already has six plants in Québec with around 1,000 employees
