One year after it signed a solus supply deal with Bellway Homes, Masonite Beams AB has provided 1,500 floors for the national housebuilder.
Masonite’s beams are already used by a number of regional builders but this is the first national housebuilder contract for the company since its major relaunch 18 months ago.
Of Masonite Beams’ nationwide network of 17 stockists, six are supplying Bellway – Kingdom Timber Engineering, Hathaway & Hoyle, Harlow Bros, Wyder Engineered Timber Systems, Monmouthshire Timber Supplies and Crawley Parker.
Neil Lewis, sales director of Masonite Beams’ parent company, Byggma UK Ltd, said the company offered Bellway “the right mix of decent software, excellent designers in the group, good stock holding and experienced distributors”.
