A £30m residential waterfront development on the Clyde coast will be 60% timber frame.
Housebuilder Manor Kingdom Ltd, which recently built Scotland’s first £1m timber frame new home, is building 195 homes in its Kip Villge development around an existing 540-boat capacity marina.
