Malaysia’s primary industries minister Datuk Seri Dr Lim Keng Yaik is to visit Scandinavia in a bid to get trade barriers lifted.
Dr Lim will explain Malaysia’s policies on forest management and issues relating to the tropical timber trade.
He said: “It is my fervent hope that this visit will bring about a better understanding of Malaysia’s policies on forest management so that all forms of trade barriers between our countries can be removed.”
