Louisiana-Pacific Corporation (LP) plans to convert one of its factories from OSB to OSL production.
LP said the decision to convert the Houlton mill in Maine, which employs 116 people, is based on demand for alternative engineered wood products for home construction.
Conversion will be complete by the end of 2007.
