Longden, the solid timber panelled door manufacturer, has provided doors for the redevelopment and refurbishment of the clubhouse at the Royal Troon Golf Club.

Its two-panel and four-panel doors and doorsets were supplied in solid West African mahogany and solid American white oak in a deal worth £70,000.

The Sheffield company supplied two other prestigious venues in Scotland. Two-panel and six-panel doors and doorsets in agba and idigbo worth £40,000 have been installed at Easterbrook Hall, Dumfries, with bespoke fanlights made to match the doors.

At the Western House Hotel & Lodge in the grounds of Ayr Racecourse, Longden’s supplied eight-panel doorsets made in American oak and worth £40,000.
