Mr Smart, who is based at the company’s head office in Basingstoke, will work with other heads of department to identify and improve business performance and process efficiency.
He is a qualified finance professional and previously held senior positions in the chemical and logistics industries. His most recent role was as chief financial officer with Linde’s heavy truck division in Merthyr Tydfil.
