A relaunch of its Kolorband porfolio has helped Kronospan achieve its strongest sales of the range for nearly two years.

Sales director Colin Singleton believes the key to success has been the revamping of the overall customer service and support for Kolorband.

“When we took the decision to relaunch the product we did not just want to change a few decors. We recognised that our customers’ needs were evolving and as such adjusted our customer service promise to support Kolorband and meet with these changes,” said Mr Singleton.

As part of the relaunch Kolorband pledged to deliver full loads of Kolorband product on a 48 hour turnaround and half loads in five working days.
