KLH has appointed Nic Clark as deputy managing director to further strengthen the management team of KLH UK.
He will focus on the delivery of the day-to-day operations of the business to enhance KLH UK’s delivery capability.
Mr Clark has more than 20 years’ experience in the construction industry and has been an integral member of senior leadership teams.
“I have always been interested in timber in terms of construction and this provides an exciting opportunity to work with timber in a unique product,” said Mr Clark. “My first experience with the product was about three years ago and it really caught my imagination. KLH’s cross-laminated timber is an innovative and sustainable product, which provides the industry with a real alternative to traditional building materials.
“Wood has been used within buildings for centuries, and cross-laminated timber is the building material to continue this legacy and drive it into the future.”
