Sussex and Kent independent timber and builders merchant Parker Building Supplies Ltd has won two national awards.
The Uckfield-based company, which operates seven trading sites, won the best training initiative and best hard landscaping display at the Builders Merchant Awards for Excellence at London’s Savoy Hotel.
Parker intends to open two further branches in the first quarter of 2006.
Other achievements in 2005 include attaining the Investor in People standard and being named as one of the top KPMG “Mega growth” companies in Sussex.
